We want you to love your REGUSH purchase. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how to handle it:
RETURNS
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees.
- Make sure your package is shipped as Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) or the package will not get to us. Make sure you state the reason the shipment as a RETURN

EXCHANGES (for size only)
- We offer free exchanges for sizing issues within Albania and Kosovo.
- For international customers, exchanges are available, but you are responsible for return shipping of the original item.
- The replacement item will be shipped free of charge.
- To request an exchange, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number, the item you want to exchange, and the new size required.
