RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees.
Make sure your package is shipped as Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) or the package will not get to us.

EXCHANGES (for size only)
We offer free exchanges for sizing issues within Albania and Kosovo.
For international customers, exchanges are available, but you are responsible for return shipping of the original item.
The replacement item will be shipped free of charge.
